Last month was an incredibly exciting time for us all at OpenBlend HQ.
We hosted our first user group event in London, interviewed some more of our brilliant customers to hear how they're driving people's performance through OpenBlend, and launched our 'In It Together' webinar series, with our first session focused on our new module, Lightbulb.
I hope you enjoy this February round-up.

WHAT AN EVENT!
Last week we hosted our first user group meeting in Charing Cross and what a day it was. It was fantastic to bring so many like-minded OpenBlend customers together for an afternoon of conversation, learning, and knowledge sharing.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, we know how much you enjoyed the day and look forward to welcoming you to our next event later this year.
A special thank you to our incredible customer panel - Freya, Kerry, and Chris - for joining us and sharing your tips about how you have been able to thread OpenBlend seamlessly into your day-to-day performance cultures.

INTRODUCING LIGHTBULB
Lightbulb will help coach managers and talent through all the different types of conversations currently supported in OpenBlend. It has been created to assist them when they need it most, in the moment, with the help of bite-sized learning embedded within OpenBlend.
OpenBlend's Founder and CEO, Anna, hosted a live webinar yesterday sharing more about the why, what, and how behind Lightbulb. You can watch on-demand now.
Lightbulb is now available in your demo environment. Take a look when you get a moment and speak to your Customer Success Manager about switching this on for your users.

CUSTOMER STORIES
Good Work
Good Work is a public sector organisation that helps amazing people - including those who live with mental health conditions and disabilities - to find sustainable employment and thrive at work.
We recently sat down with Programme Lead, David Venables, to find out how OpenBlend is enabling Good Work employees to reach their full potential at work - and by extension, how it’s helping to support an invaluable employment service in South Yorkshire.
